Where: The Hop Garden (venue of our weekly beer sesh). Don’t worry, there’s space for lots and lots of you :)

When: Monday June 25th 2012, 7pm onwards

Why: Well, we’re still fundraising (more on that shortly). But also because it will be fun, there will be great treats, and it may be the last time you see us :P

We’re still fundraising, both for our charities and for ourselves.  If you or your organisation think you’d like to help, have a look on our Donate page, or give us a shout.

Awesome goings on

Mascots! On this most auspicious of nights, we shall be introducing our mascots for the Rally (they’re actual, real things made by fan-frickin-brilliant local artist Minu).

Cocktails! Also, we have kidnapped Peter of the Hawthorn Lounge (a man singlehandedly responsible for the emptying of our wallets and the filling of our hearts with joy at his brilliance) in order to make y’all Very Special Cocktails for the evening. (We’ve heard tell of some or other liqueur which involves yak milk.  We’re not sure if this will make an appearance, but we trust Peter to blow everyone’s hair backwards. He always does.)

Raffles!  We will be raffling off at LEAST one thing, namely a dinner for two from the Hop Garden themselves.  And believe us, that food is good :)

The usual! Amazing beer.  Brilliant snacks**. More amazing beer.  Also, wine.  And ambience.

Possible mysterious other things! There may be other things! If so, they’ll be announced as we get closer to the party.

Huge hugs! To everyone who rocks up (lemurs are known to be huggy critters), and also to The Hop Garden.  For being so awesome :)

** Since The Hop Garden’s opening especially for us, we’re not making them have a chef on staff, too. So nibbles on the night will be confined to (amazeballs) chips/wedges.  If you want dinner, eat it beforehand. Consider yourself warned.
